Every guest of our camp is housed in a traditional dwelling of Northern Cameroon – boukarou. Floor and walls in boukarou are made of concrete under a thatch roof (which provides coolness even at noon). Each Boukarou has bathroom, comprising toilet and shower. Sanitary zone is separated by a wall from the living area.Inside boukarou is a table, some chairs, a bed with a mosquito net (options – two beds, one double bed, a half bed), wardrobe with hangers and shelves for personal belongings, a basket for dirty clothes. All our boukarous have got air conditioners. Bed linen and towels are changed every 2 days, dirty clothing is washed daily. The bar, decorated in a traditional style, is at your service around the clock- large selection of various soft drinks, beer – for free! Also in the bar, you can use the internet via Wi-Fi. Guests of Africam Safaris have access to a library of various books and magazines in French, English and Russian languages. The dining area is decorated in the African style under a thatched roof. Most of the fruits and vegetables that are served for meals come from our own garden. Mayo Rul river runs through the territory of our camp in where you can swim and catch fish. 700 meters from the camp there is a shooting range, where you can check your gun and adjust your scope.

Fly camp: Fly camp is organized if the animals have moved far from our main camp in order to reduce time traveling. Fly camp consists of a big tent with individual sections for hunter and PH; each section has a folding bed, an inflatable rug and a pillow to sleep and a sleeping bag. Meals are served in a dining area that is protected from rain. A separated tent with a bio toilet and a compact shower, powered by the hunting vehicle’s battery.

Fly camp could also be organized by hunters demand.
